Our Infrastructure

CCBRE boasts state-of-the-art infrastructure designed to support academic and industrial research and development

CCBRE boasts state-of-the-art infrastructure designed to support academic and industrial research and development. We provide a full range of chemical analysis services for soil, water and fertiliser samples. Our laboratories are equipped with a wide range of high-performance analytical instruments, including:

  • ED-XRF (energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence) for multi-elemental analysis;
  • ICP-OES (Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry) for trace metal quantification;
  • CHNS analysers for determining carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen and sulphur content;
  • Specialised microscopy and spectroscopy tools for material characterisation and contaminant detection;

In addition to laboratory analysis, we provide infrastructure for controlled agricultural field trials and comprehensive greenhouse experiments, enabling the validation of innovative clean technology solutions under real and simulated conditions. Our facilities are complemented by powerful computational resources dedicated to advanced data science workflows and AI modelling. These resources support predictive analytics and digital experimentation, as well as very precise environmental life cycle assessment for evaluating the environmental impact of products and processes.
