These general terms and conditions govern the rules for using the website https://ccbre.eu/,  (hereinafter referred to as the “Site“), owned by the Center for Clean Technologies and Efficient Use of Biomass (hereinafter referred to as the “Center“). By accessing and using the Site, users agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. General provisions

1.1. The Site provides information about the Center's activities, the services offered, projects and initiatives in the field of clean technologies and efficient use of biomass.
1.2. The Center reserves the right to update and amend these terms and conditions at any time, with the changes coming into force from the moment of their publication on the Site.

2.1. All content of the Site – texts, images, graphics, documents and other information – is subject to copyright and may not be copied, distributed or used without the express written consent of the Center.
2.2. Users have the right to use the published information solely for personal and non-commercial purposes, provided that they do not violate the rights and interests of the Center or third parties.

3.1. The Center makes efforts to maintain the accuracy and currency of the information on the Site, but does not guarantee complete comprehensiveness or the absence of technical errors.

5.1. For all issues not regulated in these general terms and conditions, the provisions of the current Bulgarian legislation shall apply.
5.2. All disputes arising in connection with the use of the Site shall be resolved by mutual agreement, and if impossible - by the competent Bulgarian court.
